Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through the online scheduling system.

  • Private sessions at the Sustain Pilates studio require payment at the time of booking.

  • Group mat classes at Dellwood Country Club will be billed directly to member accounts.

2. Refunds and Transfers

  • Packages and sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Sessions within a package must be used within 60 from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • Transfers of packages or sessions to another individual are not permitted without prior approval.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Private, duet, triplet, and foursome sessions must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee.

  • Group mat classes must be canceled at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will also incur a 50% fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session rate.

  • For the safety and flow of each session, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may not be permitted to join and will be charged as a no-show.

4. Late Arrival

  • Arriving late may reduce your session time and limit your ability to participate safely.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to a group class may not be allowed to join due to the missed opportunity to properly prepare the body.

5. Health & Safety

  • By booking, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in Pilates.

  • Please inform your instructor of any injuries, limitations, or medical conditions before each session.

  • Sustain Pilates reserves the right to refuse participation if a client appears unwell or unable to exercise safely.

6. Liability Waiver

  • Participation in Pilates sessions is at your own risk. By booking and participating in any session with Sustain Pilates, you acknowledge that Pilates is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. You affirm that you are in good physical condition, have consulted with a physician if necessary, and are capable of engaging in physical activity.

  • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages—known or unknown—that may occur as a result of participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, or aggravation of a pre-existing condition. Sustain Pilates, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after sessions.

  • You also waive, release, and discharge Sustain Pilates and its instructors from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of your participation.

7. Studio Conduct

  • Please silence phones and be respectful during sessions.

  • Clean grip socks are recommended for all sessions.

  • Sustain Pilates reserves the right to remove clients who are disruptive or disrespectful.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during booking and sessions will be used solely for the purpose of scheduling and providing Pilates services and will be kept confidential.

9. Policy Updates

  • Sustain Pilates reserves the right to update policies at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients.
