Private Pilates sessions take place in Lisa’s in-home studio in Dellwood, MN, equipped with a Balanced Body reformer, chair, spine corrector, and all various props.
Group mat Pilates classes meet in the Dellwood Country Club Fitness Center.

All sessions and classes must be booked online in advance. Drop-ins are not available.

Private sessions located at the Sustain Pilates studio are paid for at the time of booking using a secure online payment processor.
Group mat classes at Dellwood Country Club are billed directly to your member account — no payment is collected online.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
Grip socks are required for private sessions and recommended for mat classes.
Mats and props are provided for all sessions — you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

In many cases, yes — Pilates can be an excellent tool for rehabilitation and recovery. Please make sure you've been cleared for exercise by your medical provider, and let Lisa know about any injuries or limitations before your session. Some conditions are better suited to private instruction where sessions can be fully tailored to your needs.

No prior experience is required. Before your first session, Lisa will talk with you about your current fitness level, daily movement, and goals for your body. Every session is tailored to your body.
