Private Studio Sessions

One-on-one, 60-minute sessions in the private Dellwood studio. Each session is thoughtfully planned around you — your body, your history, and your goals — working on the reformer, tower, chair, spine corrector, and various props.

New to Sustain Pilates? Start with Your First Two. This pair of sessions is designed to introduce you to the space, the equipment, and how your body moves.

Single Session: $85

The Four Pack: $320

Small Group Mat

A small, 60-minute mat class held in the fitness center at Dellwood Country Club — just four people per session. Classes meet Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 9:15am. Each class is designed to build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling good in your body.

Open to Dellwood Country Club members only. Class fees are billed directly to your member account. Simply reserve your spot and arrive ready to move.

About Lisa

Lisa Kaler, PhD is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor with a background in aerial dance and a lifelong fascination with how the body moves. That curiosity shows up in every session she teaches. She is deeply attentive to each client and brings the same attention to how people learn that she brings to how they move.
