Private Reformer Pilates takes place in Lisa’s in-home studio in Dellwood, MN, equipped with a Balanced Body reformer and all necessary props.
Group mat Pilates classes take place in the Dellwood Country Club Fitness Center.

All sessions and classes must be booked online in advance by clicking Book Now. Drop-ins are not permitted.

Private reformer sessions located at the Sustain Pilates in-home studio are paid for at the time of booking using a secure online payment processor.
Group mat classes at Dellwood Country Club are billed directly to DCC member accounts, no payment is collected online.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement.
For mat classes, grippy socks are recommended but not required.
For private reformer classes, grippy socks are required.
For private and group classes, all mats and props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you would like.

Both private and group classes are 60 minutes long. This allows for an effective warm up, exercise program, and cool down.

Yes! As long as your medical provider has cleared you for exercise, Pilates is a wonderful system for rehabilitating injuries. Please inform Lisa of any injuries or limitations before your session. Certain injuries or ailments might be best suited for private instruction (e.g. osteoporosis, herniated disc, postpartum recovery)

Only one person from your group needs to complete the online booking. Upon booking, you will be asked to provide the names of members attending and any specific instructions for member billing.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 12 hours are subject to a 50% fee.
Please plan to arrive on time so you can enjoy the full benefit of your session.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and charged in full.
No-shows will be charged the full session rate, as your reserved spot cannot be filled on short notice. This policy ensures respect for the instructor’s time and for other clients waiting to book.

Cancellations within 2 hours are subject to a 50% fee.
To ensure everyone benefits fully and moves safely, please try to arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean missing key preparation time for the body, so joining that session might not be possible. In this case, the session will be charged as a no-show.
No-shows will be charged the full class rate.

Note: If one participant cancels with proper notice, the remaining clients may choose to continue the session as scheduled, with the option to convert to a smaller group or private session at the appropriate rate.
